Hotel Vallonia – Hotel Astor


Ride your bike across the longest bridge in Finland. Get acquainted with Kvarken's world heritage site at the World Heritage Gate. If you want to experience it for real, cycle all the way to Björköby village and enjoy the view from Saltkaret lookout tower. On the way back to Vaasa and Hotel Astor, we recommend that you visit the scenic site of Strömsö.
In the evening you can enjoy the pulse of the city.

Ride your bike across Finland's most beautiful meteorite crater and visit Meteoria Söderfjärden. Continue south along the beautiful coastline and why not take a dip in the sea to cool down. End the day in the Tomato Kingdom of Närpes, with locally produced food and comfortable beds.

Hotel Red & Green – Hotel Kurikka
From the most Swedish in Finland to the most Finnish in Finland, we now cross a distinct language border at the national road 8. During this part of the journey you can make a stop and take a look at the Moomin's creator – Tove Jansson's – painted altarpiece in Teuva church. Why not try riding a wooden bike at the Teuva bicycle museum. Café Valkoinen Puu in Kauhajoki is the perfect stop for a coffee break. Now enjoy the open beautiful plains on the way to Hotel Kurikka.

Hotel Kurikka – Hotel Vallonia
From the rich Finnish countryside, the road passes the Koskenkorva Museum. We dare you to try a small schnaps directly from a tap connected to the distillery. The journey continues towards Kyrö Destillery, where the world's best gin is produced! Continue along the wonderful Kyrö river all the way to the ruins of Old Vaasa. Now you will soon arrive at Hotel Vallonia, where the sauna is warm and waiting.
